Badge Book

Isn't it about time a book on badges got to nestle next to sexy graphic and illustration books on the shelves of Magma and other bookshops? YES, OF COURSE!

Well, it's gonna happen - soon! Gavin Lucas of Creative Review is putting together a book of the latest, coolest, most beautiful button badges around of which WIWP will be featured. Designing the book is Creative Review's art director Nathan Gale - it promises to be a lovingly crafted collection of the kind of badges seen on this website and then some more from all corners of the globe. Promotional, decorative, doodly, textual or plain graphic - whatever your badges look like, regardless of the reason for creation - Gavin would like to see your badges and include them in the book.

If you'd like to submit badges and badge related projects for inclusion (all entries must have been created in the year 2000 or more recently) please contact him at gavin.lucas@centaur.co.uk or +44 (0) 207 970 6256

all submissions must be received by end of March 2005

Sounds good. I need to get my badge on.

Do they need to be photos of badges or can it just be artwork for them?
