Back in the early nineties I picked up a compilation with future hip (trip?) hop heavyweights like DJ Shadow, Nightmares On Wax and UNKLE, it was called Headz from the new Mowax label. The music was a head of its time and the cover design was even better. Thick textures, hand-made quality and street-coolness.
The designer responsible, was Ben Drury. See some of his work here.
